“If we agree to that — we’re no longer reporters”: Pentagon media rules draw backlash

This is just completely the opposite of what journalism actually is. I mean, if we agree to that, we're no longer reporters. I I have two reactions.One, you know, of all the buildings, this is the one that has an $800 billion budget that can send American troops into harm's way. So, the idea that we can't ask questions about such consequential decisions is frightening to me. And and as a reporter, I don't even understand how it would be enforced because the way it's written, it says I can't seek information ...
