Electronic Arts reportedly nearing $50 billion deal to go private

The Wall Street Journal just put out this report saying Electronic Arts is exploring a go private deal at $50 billion. This would involve Silverlake, the Saudi Pif, and some other investors. I reached out to EA for comment.We have not heard back from them yet.
