US farmers are on track for a record corn and soybean harvest. However, the current export outlook for the two products could not be more opposite. As of the most recent world agriculture supply and demand estimates from USDA, the United States is expected to export a record 2.975% billion bushels of corn, up a modest 5.1% from a year ago, but a staggering 32.5% above the prior 10-year average.
