They're really at historic lows right now, even compared to the rest of the, you know, very sluggish housing market. What's happening in the luxury market is similar to what's happening in the rest of the housing market. There are very stark differences obviously between the two markets.However, obviously luxury buyers are much less affected by mortgage rates. They're more likely to be all cash buyers.
