First of all, you know, you talked about the strategic petroleum reserve in the in the last uh one of the last segments. I I think it's scandalous that we don't have a rare earth's strategic re reserve. Uh that we let China, you know, monopolize 90% of the refining of rare earth materials.Where were we.
