ECB President Lagarde: I would like 'some certainty' on U.S.-China trade

What do you want to see between the US and China on trade. I would like some certainty. I think that that's what the the economic um actors players uh need.They want to know where they stand now and in the future. Um because when you decide to set up a a factory somewhere, when you decide to buy a new ship, when you decide to um you know identify the line of shipping for your products, you want to know what the reality of tariffs will be going forward.
