So what's your advice to younger people, maybe women who are sick of suffering from imposter syndrome and want to get to that point faster or with more clarity. I think what women can do is um to seek out the mentorship um and to also really take a look at are you prepared enough because I know in my experience I kept waiting for the perfect moment and there is no such thing as the perfect moment and so step into the deep end and give yourself that chance.
