Rep. Casar: Democrats need to go out and inspire millions of people

One of the things I hear people say, which I don't agree with, and I'm an optimist. I feel like you're an optimist, too, is my guess. Um, is that in 2028, which is a long time from now, there's a big midterm, there's governor's races, lots of stuff to happen.The only way the Democrats can win is by nominating a boring white man, right.
