Taking an aggresive swing on this one.I like the sub 40c odds forNO | Trump Strikes another drug boat by Oct 31st.Since September there have been 7 total Drug Boat strikes. With the most recent being this past weekend.That equates to 1 every 6.7 days.Which would theoretically have the next near or around October 26th to October 27th.However, up until this point the outcry has not been nearly as severe. This MOST RECENT one is being flagged as being a 'fishing' boat by a lot of media outlets in South America ...
