I remember him saying that whilst he respected precedence , he didn’t need to follow it. He broke precedence to jail CZ. CZ was the only person in history to ever be jailed for a single BSA charge - no fraud , no accusation of money laundering. Am glad this travesty of justice has been corrected. ...
