According to Bloomberg, Donald Trump has decided to nominate Michael Selig as Chair of the CFTC. Selig currently serves as Chief Legal Counsel for the SEC’s Special Task Force on Crypto. If the nomination is formally submitted, it will still require Senate confirmation. https://t.co/8u93QNJcwV ...
