Obama touts Dem. election wins: 'The American people are paying attention'

President Obama is taking a more active role than usual in the past election cycles, especially for an off year. These are his first public comments about those Democratic victories. Something of a victory lap for him given that he was out in the field.And he discussed what he calls the voters's rejection of a cruel Trump agenda.
