September Jobs Report Will Come Out on Nov. 20

The Bureau of Labor Statistics will release the September jobs report Thursday, after it was delayed due to the government shutdown. Investors are hoping the new data can shed light on the state of the US economy. Gene Sperling, former director of the National Economic Council, had to work through a government shutdown in 2013.
