Federal court blocks new Texas congressional map

We are following some breaking news and a setback for Republicans redistricting efforts in Texas. A federal court today blocking Texas from using a new congressional map that was at the heart of a national reckoning on the issue of redistricting after the president urged that state to redraw its districts to give Republicans more seats in next year's midterms.
