Parts of Texas hit by heavy rain, flash flooding

Folks along this Guadalupe River and across the Texas Hill Country remain under flood watches and in the danger zone tonight and about an hour from where we are in Kurville and Menard County already we saw a flash flood emergency as there were roads, homes and businesses that were flooded after more than 6 in of rain fell there.
