Trash pile near U.K. road poses 'ecological disaster'

It's of epic proportions. This uh pre-shredded waste um which has obviously been highly well organized is now leeching into the river and into the earth around um the river and is a a massive ecological disaster. >> And unless we get on with it, we could see an environmental catastrophe here during the winter.Which is why I'm calling on the government to take action. ...
