'Major victory for James and Comey': Judge rules Lindsey Halligan was unlawfully appointed

The criminal charges brought against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Leticia James have been dismissed.A federal judge found that Lindseay Halligan was unlawfully appointed to the role of interim US attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia.
