'Embarrassing for the DOJ': Reaction to judge ruling Halligan's appointment illegal

All right, everybody is back with us again. We're talking about the dismissal of both the James Comey and the uh Leticia James cases. One is mortgage fraud, one is lying to Congress.Leslie Caldwell, um this is embarrassing for the DOJ. I think that's pretty safe to say. Um what do James and Comey do now with this.So I think that DOJ probably will appeal. Um but I think this is a real test for DOJ which they may or may not pass.
