UK Budget: Reeves Expands Fiscal Buffer, OBR Says in Shock Release

Chancellor of the Exchequer Rachel Reeves, has been able to expand her fiscal buffer to £22 billion. This is according to an early release of the Office for Budget Responsibilities forecasts.
