Firefighters unable to search Hong Kong high-rise apartment as fire burns for hours

Firefighters are battling a massive fire in Hong Kong that tore through several high-rise apartment towers. At least 13 people are dead, 15 more injured. This is the scene where police receive multiple calls of people trapped inside.The buildings have been undergoing renovation with bamboo scaffolding built outside some of those buildings.
