Window washers rescued after being trapped 150 feet in the air

A daring rescue from a high-rise building in a northern Virginia suburb outside Washington DC. Two window washers were cleaning a building when one of the tethers holding their basket in place snapped, leaving them dangling 150 ft in the air. Rescue workers rushed to the scene.
