According to Reuters, Robinhood announced plans to acquire Indonesian brokerage firm Buana Capital Sekuritas and licensed crypto trader Pedagang Aset Kripto, marking its official entry into the Indonesian market. The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2026, with financial terms undisclosed.
