Today, the Supreme Court heard oral arguments in an attempt to knock out what are essentially the last remaining federal campaign finance regulations we have left in this country. Basically, the plaintiffs here want to lift all caps on how much party committees can directly spend on races. It would be something akin to Citizens United 2.0%, just sort of complete reigns off.
