Eileen Higgins reflects on her historic win in Miami mayoral election

Democrat Eileen Higgins earning nearly 60% of the vote, beating out Republican candidate Emilio Gonzalez in last night's runoff election.Higgins, who served on the Miami Date County Commission, also became the first female mayor in Miami history.
