Justice Department fails to indict New York Attorney General Letitia James for third time

A federal grand jury is now refusing to indict the New York Attorney General according to a federal law enforcement source and somebody else familiar with the matter making this the third time that the DOJ has tried and failed to prosecute Leticia James.
