How debate over enhanced subsidies impacts this open enrollment season

We're in the middle of open enrollment season, right. For most states that started on November 1st. This is a time in which people pick their new health insurance plans for the new year and they have to do so by December 15th in order for coverage to start at this, you know, at the beginning of 2026.So why is it damaging whether for enrolles, insurers, um, and the broader health care system for there not to be a clear answer on these enhanced subsidies right now.
