Sources: Nick Reiner's medication for schizophrenia was adjusted before parents' killings

Tonight, we're learning more about the mental state of Nick Reiner, now charged with two counts of first-degree murder for the killings of his parents, Hollywood actor and director Rob Reiner and his wife Michelle.
