I don't understand how this could be legal without chucking the entire 501(c)(3) tax code out the window. If a 501(c)(3) can publicly call to "Help Democrats win" and 501(c)(3)s are barred from political party advocacy, does saying "because democracy" get out of the tax code? https://t.co/KhP8guEe29 ...
