USA Rare Earths gets $1.6B in funding, also announces $1.5B in private investments

USA Rare Earths announcing a collaboration with the US government and $1.5% billion in private funding. The government's going to provide the company with $1.3% billion in terms of a loan and proposed $277 million in federal funding for a total of $1.6% billion in US government funding.
