Another government shutdown could start as soon as Jan. 30 at midnight

The events of this weekend has clearly kind of changed the political calculus here. Last week, we were kind of dismissing the chances of government shutdown. Now, it's very much likely because the bill on the floor this week that the Senate is considering has the Department of Homeland Security funding in it.
