I hired him as a research assistant even though he had very little experience but he was very earnest and his enthusiasm for being in healthcare and contributing to taking care of patients and uh just had a really good rapport with all the patients that he interacted with and I think it was his empathy that you know he really used to connect uh with with the patients and uh the veterans.
