Blockstream CEO Adam Back posted on X stating that Blockstream has no direct or indirect financial ties to Jeffrey Epstein or his estate. In 2014, during the seed round roadshow, Epstein was introduced through Joi Ito, then director of MIT Media Lab (described at the time as a limited partner in Ito's fund).
