Tonight, the ex-husband of former first lady Jill Biden behind bars, charged with firstdegree murder. Bill Stevenson was taken into custody on Monday in Delaware after a grand jury charged him with intentionally causing the death of his wife, Linda. According to authorities, on the night of December 28th, police were called to the Stevenson's Delaware residence for a domestic dispute.They found Linda unresponsive in the living room.
