This morning, White House borders our Tom H. Homeman announced a draw down of 700 personnel from the immigration crackdown there, effective today. That leaves about 2,000 agents still in the Twin Cities area. This is Homeman's second week in the Twin Cities. He was sent there after the shooting death of Alex Prey, which sparked nationwide outrage. It was the second death of a US citizen by federal authorities in Minnesota.
