According to Bloomberg, as stablecoin-related disputes stall a crypto market-structure bill, crypto firms have proposed new compromises to banks, including placing part of stablecoin reserves with community banks and enabling them to issue their own stablecoins through partnerships, to ease concerns over potential deposit outflows.
