BREAKING: MN, FBI ready joint investigation into Pretti Killing, Star-Trib reports

And we began with breaking news out of Minnesota and potentially a major reversal by the Trump administration.It has to do with the investigation into the deadly shooting of Alex Preddy by DHS agents. Federal authorities were initially blocking Minnesota law enforcement from this investigation.
