Why Is Bitcoin's All-Time High So Different This Time?

Usually when we break through an all-time high in Bitcoin, you see the price just begin to skyrocket uh you know and just take off for the stratosphere. That has not happened this time around. Like this time around, we kind of like break an all-time high and then we retrace and then we like inch above the all-time high and then we retrace.
