The capital is deposited to Aave (or similar) and is always available for atomic redeem/refund by the depositor. In turn, they receive their claim to FT. Think of it like a TVL deposit. What we are "raising" (aka, the opportunity being lost by the depositor) is only the yield component. The cap is also not a target, just an absolute cap. ...
