According to Fortune, LayerZero announced a new blockchain called Zero aimed at addressing scalability and privacy challenges facing Wall Street’s adoption of blockchain technology. Citadel, Intercontinental Exchange, and Cathie Wood, and others, are set to participate as investors, partners, or advisors, with Citadel investing via a token purchase without disclosing the deal size.
