Trump says federal government will protect Potomac River amid sewage spill

President Trump says he is sending federal authorities to respond to a massive sewage spill in the Ptoac River. It first happened nearly four weeks ago when a large pipeline collapsed, spilling more than 200 million gallons of waste water into the river.
