The Supreme Court struck down Trump's tariffs. Now what?

This ought to be a wakeup call to Congress to know that they are a a check on the president's power and that they have the right in a lot of areas uh to reign him in. And I think they're also going to have to claw back all these monies that were paid. There's got to be a process. Companies who have had to pay these tariffs are going to get refunds and there's got to be some kind of regulatory process set up to do that.These tariffs were illegal and certainly those that paid them should receive refunds.
