Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin said EIP-8141 will complete the long-standing Account Abstraction (AA) upgrade by introducing “Frame Transactions,” a multi-step transaction model that enables native support for batching, gas sponsorship, and privacy features at the protocol level.
