FCC chief: WBD-Paramount merger deal is 'cleaner' than Netflix's

There's a lot of concerns when Netflix was the potential buyer there. When you look at the the size of the streaming service, when you combine Netflix itself was doing great. They grew a lot organically.They should be applauded for that. But that particular combination raised a lot of competition concerns.
