Paraguay’s National Electricity Administration (ANDE) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the cryptocurrency infrastructure company Morphware, with plans to launch the country’s first government-led Bitcoin mining project using Bitcoin mining machines seized by law enforcement.
