Crossover Markets announced that Tradeweb Markets is leading a $31 million Series B funding round valuing the ECN platform at about $200 million. Participants include DRW Venture Capital, Illuminate Financial, Ripple, Virtu Financial, Wintermute Ventures, XTX Markets, among others.
