Trump tariffs: Customs and Border Protection tells judge it can't comply with refund order

All right, we've got a new filing here from Customs and Border Protection in the Court of International Trade. And what the bureau is saying here uh is that if they can't comply with the judge's order to move forward with these refunds and the reason is technical.
