Gregory Bovino to retire from U.S. Border Patrol

Greg Bavino was somebody who was put in charge of the Minneapolis operation for a time and then he was sidelined. He returned to an original posting in California when you had the border zar Tom Hman then put in place by President Trump who was then asking that he take over conditions as we have seen them wind down some of the operations there.
