before march 17, regulatory ambiguity protected every token equally. now there are exactly 16 digital commodities and everything else is presumptively a security. UNI, AAVE, MKR, ARB, OP all just went from "unclear" to "wrong side of the line." compliant capital can't touch them. the ambiguity premium that kept mid-cap DeFi governance tokens alive is dead. petition process has no timeline. could take months, could take years. capital doesn't wait. ...
