House waits on holding vote to fund DHS

to end the Department of Homeland Security shutdown, but a vote we'll have to wait probably nearly two more, two or more weeks, potentially longer. The Senate moved early yesterday to try again to approve the measure which funds most of DHS while excluding money for immigration and customs enforcement and some of customs and border protection.
