Google is in talks with Elon Musk's SpaceX over a potential rocket-launch deal as the tech giant pushes deeper into plans to build data centers in orbit, according to a report by the WSJ.The discussions come as Google moves forward with Project Suncatcher, an initiative aimed at launching prototype satellites by 2027 with help from Planet Labs.
